  • ***There will be construction at Colony Reef until April 1, 2026. This means that there could be construction noise during the day due to the renovations being done (they are grinding and repairing the concrete balconies, walkways, etc). They are currently working on our building, but have not started the balcony for this unit yet. We were told that our balcony will be started around 2/1/2026 and once they start the balcony will be closed to guests until the construction is complete. There is a scheduled break in the construction from 12/22/2025 – 1/4/2026 for the holidays.***

  • We had a great time staying for 3 nights! Our host David made everything easy. The condo was very clean and modern feeling with a light beach theme. The kitchen was very well supplied with appliances and utensils. The view of the ocean and pool area from the balcony is gorgeous. Getting down to the beach is just down the elevator and along the walking path. In addition to the outdoor pool there is also an indoor pool next to the office that we also enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again!
