- We wanted a quiet beach place to relax at while we were in St Augustine for a wedding David and Patti’s place was just what we needed! It was close enough to the historic district for convenience and it was nice to get away from the Nights of Lights crowds. The condo was comfortable, clean and quiet. Tasteful beach décor throughout. Condo layout is spacious. Beds are comfortable, plenty of towels, dishes, etc. Enjoyed the direct beach access.
- What an amazing Condo, super clean and new, you got everything you need for a family, beds were king size so comfortable and the kitchen is super equipped.
The ocean is 10 steps away and the building is super quite and clean, we will be definitely coming back for a second round of vacation in this great Condo, Thanks David for being an amazing host. - This was such a beautiful condo, I would definitely recommend staying here. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 kids. The place is so clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated overall just felt homey. The location is amazing. Everything is so close by, the grocery store was 5 mins away. The kitchen was set up we were able to make breakfast for the family with no problem. The smart tv was perfect we got to stream movies at night from our phones. If your on the fence I would totally recommend it if your looking for a beautiful quiet beach getaway. David & Patti were so attentive in communication. We had zero problems finding anything. Instructions were perfect reasonable and easy to follow. I love their recommendations book. We actually took them up on 2 restaurant suggestions and they were great! 5 stars across the board!
