• The home was lovely! The pool and spa were unbelievable! The property was very well maintained and cared for. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it another night! Our host was very communicative and had no issues whatsoever with anything!
• The house was perfect for our family of 10. Spacious living room and bedrooms. There was plenty of seating for everyone and we most especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor seating area. Neighborhood was very quiet and clean. We would definitely reach out to them again for future visits with there rental properties.

The property was really clean, the hosts were immensely helpful and very quick to respond, and the property is just as described and represented in the pictures. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with everyone in our group. It was great to have a private pool to cool off in after the hot Florida days. The pool was very clean and well maintained. The beach is just a short walk. It is short enough that we would walk over in the morning and afternoon. There are several restaurants, a Dollar General, and beach access close by. It is also convenient to the historical part of St. Augustine. I could not have been more pleased with this property and hosts. If you go to St. Augustine, this is the place to stay.
