  • A Summerhouse parking hang tag is $5.00 per day for a maximum of 14 days ($70) for renters. Any booking over +14 days will be charged the maximum rate of $70.00. This is a flat fee for renters and you get the hand tag from the office. This is a non-refundable convenience fee for the hang tag. Renters are not required to buy a hanging tag. If you choose not to buy one, you will be required to come to the office, and the office will manually open the gate for you. After the office closes at 5:00 pm, the after hours keypad will be activated and you will be free to use the after hours code.

  • I really enjoyed my stay. I enjoyed walking the beach and the various other natural sites on the inlet side of the property. The listing is accurate and there were no issues during my stay. I recommend it to anyone needing a place to relax and breathe.
  • This is our third time staying at this condo. It is wonderful and we love the place, location, and the facilities. We mainly hang out on the beach and swim in the pool. Matanzas inlet is pretty much across the street, so this provides another area to explore and swim. Great restaurants our within a 10-15 minute drive and there is plenty of cooking ware to use to stay in. We love this place and highly recommend it!
  • We loved our short stay at David’s place! Private and gated access to the beach! The condo itself was beautiful and very spacious! If we’re back in the area we’d definitely love to stay again!
