  • Beginning 11/17/2025, a retaining wall renewal project will begin along the intracoastal. They are starting far from this complex and this work will continue until about June 2026. There may be some noise outside associated with the work being done as they move closer to the unit. We expect the pool to remain open, but the dock will close when the work moves to that area (we don’t have dates for this yet). Please reach out with any questions.

  • Such a great place! We spent a lot of time on the patio enjoying the beautiful view. The condo was super clean and just as described. Beach access was also very convenient. Check in and out was very straight forward. We would definitely stay again.
