- This home met all of our needs and then some. It was spacious, comfortable, and filled all of our needs. Our gracious hosts David and Patti were easy and pleasant to communicate with. Each of the rooms was well equipped with a comfortable bed and large screen tv. It was an absolute pleasure to cook in the spacious kitchen. Let me not forget the wrap around balcony and deck that overlooked the backyard and hosted our family on game night. If the house wasn’t enough of a reason to stay here, the two minute walk to the beach definitely a selling point. My family and I would be grateful to stay there again!
- We really enjoyed our time in Butler Beach. Location was prefect- quiet beach to relax and minutes away from sights and great restaurants. Loved being able to walk to the beach as well as in Saint Augustine town. The house was perfect for our family. We made some nice dinners, watched a movie together, and spent long mornings in the back porch sipping coffee. The kitchen set up was really nice and we were so happy to have a nice bedroom on a separate floor as well as two main bedrooms on the main floor. Already looking at our calendar to repeat our getaway in the fall.
- It’s just a block away from the beach, Without having to pay for parking or anything additional. It’s just down the street from the more popular tourist areas So there is access to everything within a 10 min drive. It is just a little bit away so the beach is not busy. All of the local restaurants were great. There was plenty of hot water for everyone to get showered after the beach. Love the outside hose to clean the sand off! The locals were super friendly. There were lots of historical sites to see in St. Augustine.
