- We had a great time on our vacation at this property. Check in and communication was easy. The property was clean and had the items specified. We had 4 adults and two kids in the house and there was enough room for everyone. Location was easy to get to downtown and also a short drive to free beach parking! With littles it gets too hot to stay on the beach so having the pool to come back to each afternoon was a lifesaver!
- The house was clean and a great floor plan for multigenerational family! Pool was great for kids and beach was so convenient. Loved the fenced in yard for dog. Quiet neighborhood. Short ride to Publix and downtown area. Lots to do for kids and adults. Would highly recommend.
- David & Patti are by far the most amenable, accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and on top of everything hosts! I don’t really know how to express my gratitude for everything they did for us to make our reservation & stay low stress and relaxing! The house is large but very cozy and all of my questions and minor concerns were rectified immediately. We loved the huge yard, the fire pit and the pool, we had every amenity we could have ever needed, parking was perfect and kitchen was awesome! We loved walking the serene neighborhood and straight across A1A right to Butler Beach! A quick 5 minute drive to the grocery, and quick 15 minute drive to downtown Historic St. Augustine! I am so thankful we were able to spend time in the privacy of what felt like our own little paradise! We will be back very soon! ☘️💙☘️💙 Thank you so very much!
