  • You have a designated parking spot and you may also park one additional vehicle in an unmarked spot. A Summerhouse parking hang tag is $5.00 per day for a maximum of 14 days ($70) for renters. Any booking over +14 days will be charged the maximum rate of $70.00. This is a flat fee for renters and you get the hand tag from the office. This is a non-refundable convenience fee for the hang tag. Renters are not required to buy a hanging tag. If you choose not to buy one, you will be required to come to the office, and the office will manually open the gate for you. After the office closes at 5:00 pm, the after hours keypad will be activated and you will be free to use the after hours code.
